Pays the monthly mortgage payment on your home, condo, vacation or rental property after a disaster, if the home is deemed temporarily uninhabitable, until it is repaired for up to 24 months.

Pays the balance on your mortgage, after homeowner's insurance settlement, when your home is judged unlivable (condemned).


Pays two homeowner policy deductibles in a 12 month period, up to $500 per occurrence.

Mortgage payment may include escrow amounts like taxes & insurance premiums.
